Care Pet Animal Hospital offers Wellness Plans for puppies, kittens, dogs and cats. There are different wellness plans depending on your pet needs and requirements.
What are Wellness Plans?
Wellness plans for pets can cover routine exams, preventive vaccines, and labs to give quality of life for your adult pet for one year, and 6 month plans for puppies or kittens.
What Do Our Wellness Plans Cover?
Our wellness plans cover exams for one year for adult pets, and 6 months for puppies and kittens. Depending on which plan you choose, it covers basic core vaccines, blood test, fecal flotation test. You also receive discounts from 5%-12% on any services that your plan does not cover.

Adult Pet Wellness Plan expires exactly in a year from the day of registration. Puppy/Kitten Pet Wellness Plan expires exactly in 6 months from the day of registration.
